Bookings
All appointments are booked online and confirmed only when payment has cleared. We do not accept walk-ins without a confirmed booking. Your booking reference is your proof of appointment — bring it with you.
Payment
Prices shown at booking are the full price of the service in Naira. PayPal payments are converted to USD at the rate shown at checkout. Optional add-ons requested at the salon are paid separately on the day.
Punctuality
We hold your chair for 15 minutes past your start time. After that we may shorten the service so following clients are not delayed, and the full fee still applies.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Reschedules are free with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellation and refund entitlements are set out in our Refund Policy.
Services and results
We advise honestly on what is achievable for your hair and skin. Results depend on the condition of your hair, any product you bring, and your aftercare. If you are unhappy with a service, tell us within 48 hours and we will arrange an assessment.
Health and safety
Please disclose allergies, scalp or skin conditions and recent treatments before your appointment. We may decline a service where it would be unsafe. Patch tests are available for adhesives and gels on request.
Conduct
We ask clients to treat our team with respect. We reserve the right to end an appointment and refuse future bookings in cases of abusive behaviour, with no refund.
