Who we are
E.O.M Heritage Global (trading as THE E.O.M GLOBAL) operates a unisex salon in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria and this website. For any privacy question, contact eomglobalheritage@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, phone number, optional email, chosen service, date, time and any notes you add.
- Payment details: a payment reference and status returned by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
- Contact and newsletter details: the name, email, phone and message you submit through our forms.
- Basic technical data required to serve the website securely.
How we use it
We use your data to confirm and deliver your appointment, to process payment and refunds, to contact you about your booking, and — only if you subscribed — to send occasional offers. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment provider (PayPal) to process your transaction, and with our hosting and database provider to run the site. These providers process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for up to seven years to meet Nigerian tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for two years.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to marketing. Email eomglobalheritage@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to booking records is restricted to authorised staff accounts, and payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment providers.
